Although our site is busy, we have plenty of parking available for customers. Adjacent roads can become very congested with local school traffic, especially between 8:15am and 9:00am.

Bus stops located outside Bell & Colvill: 478 - Guildford, Merrow, West Clandon, West Horsley, East Horsley, Effingham, Bookham, Leatherhead and Woodbridge; and the 479 - Epsom, Ashtead, St Andrews School, Leatherhead, Fetcham, Bookham, Howard of Effingham School, West Clandon, Merrow and Guildford Bus Station

Appointment Booking

With reduced maintenance times on modern vehicles, many services and repairs can be carried out on a while-you-wait basis. Please always try to book as far in advance as possible; in busy periods we can be fully booked as much as three weeks ahead. We will send you reminder cards to jog your memory! (But do tell us if you'd prefer us not to.)

Loan Cars

We have a fleet of Loan Cars available for bigger jobs and for when it is impossible for the customer to wait whilst the work takes place. We ask that you request this at the time of booking, as availability can be limited during our busy times. There are 3 options to insure your vehicle: one is to insure it under your own insurance; or you can insure under our insurance; or, for complete peace of mind you can insure under our insurance and pay an excess waiver charge to avoid any charges should you be involved in an accident. It is also the driver’s responsibly to fuel the car. Please ask our Service Department for more information.

Local Attractions

Should you wish to wait while we work on your vehicle, there are several local attractions for you to visit, such as:

  • National Trust Park – Hatchlands Park
  • Clandon Golf Club & Park
  • Effingham Golf Club
  • Squires Garden Centre with Gift Shop and Tea Room
  • Various nature walks and scenic areas
  • King William public house with lunch menu – 0.4 miles
  • Duke of Wellington public house with lunch menu – 1.1 miles

Rail Station Courtesy Runs

These are available each weekday morning to the local Horsley rail station (on the Guildford-Waterloo line, and about 45 minutes from central London). We can collect you up to 6:00pm - just give us a call as you approach Horsley.

Out of Hours Drop-off and Collection

We have a secure 24 -our key drop-off box to the side of our Subaru/Lotus showroom. (See Arrival & Parking section for detailed location of this box) If you need to collect after we close, we can leave your car parked in our Customer Parking Area, for you to collect when it suits you, using your spare set of keys.

Vehicle Cleaning

We aim to wash and vacuum every serviced vehicle. Professional valeting, to suit your requirement, is available by arrangement in advance at modest prices.

Bronze Valet
Clean wheels, inside and out. Multi-stage wash (inc. shuts) using 2-bucket method. Dry all exterior surfaces with micro fibre towels. Vacuum carpets & upholstery. Clean dashboard and fascias cleaned. Dress tyres. Glass polished inside and out.

Silver Valet
Clean wheels, inside and out. Multi-stage wash (inc. shuts) using 2-bucket method. Dry all exterior surfaces with micro fibre towels. Remove tar from lower panels. Polish metal trim and exhausts. Apply polish to all external painted surfaces. Dress all exterior trim. Vacuum carpets and upholstery. Clean dashboard and fascias. Polish all glass and mirrors. Dress tyres.

Gold Valet
Wheels cleaned front-to-back. Arches and shuts cleaned by hand. Multi-stage wash using 2-bucket method, dried with micro fibre towels. Tar gently removed from lower panels. Polish metal trim and exhausts. Exterior polished with AIO to cleanse and protect paint. All exterior plastic trim dressed. Carpets and upholstery thoroughly vacuumed. Dashboard and all fascias cleaned. Shampoo all carpets and mats. Shampoo all cloth upholstery. Leather upholstery cleaned & conditioned, Glass and mirrors polished. Tyres dressed.

Vehicle Collection and Delivery

For major work, and with up to three weeks' notice required, this is available free of charge to customers within a reasonable distance of our premises. To enable the smooth running of this service for as many customers as possible, it is important that we can contact you easily on the day. Free of Charge within 10-mile radius, charges may apply for further distances. Please contact us for details.
