We hope you, your families and your friends continue to stay safe and well. We're sure, like us, you’ve each had your challenges over the past few weeks but we hope – also like us – you’re finding the silver linings. As it turns out, there’s a lot to be positive about.
From our business point of view, we continue to work behind the scenes to improve your experiences with us. When we return to normality, we hope to be in a stronger position than ever to deliver on our promise of world-class customer service including our new after sales facility in Guildford.
With that in mind we are planning a progressive return to some kind of normality, so our telephone lines will be open from 10.00am on Monday 4th May to take service, MOT and maintenance bookings. We can also be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We plan to be operational from our new service & parts centre from Monday 11th May, albeit with reduced staffing levels and following the government social distancing and sanitisation recommendations.
