With Lotus Business Contract Hire the car must be returned in good condition. If you exceed the agreed annual mileage of 12,000 miles in these examples you will be charged at the rate in your contract as stated in your contract, 35.21 pence/mile for the Eletre, 41.26 pence/mail for the Eletre S and 47.42 pence/mile for Eletre R in the above examples.
On Lotus Business Contract Hire renewal of the Road Fund Licence is included as part of the contract but you will be responsible for all servicing costs. As contract hire is a rental product the vehicle must be returned at the end of the contact. A spouse, partner, family member or friend can purchase the vehicles but as the lessee you cannot.
With Lotus Business Contract Purchase in the above examples the agree mileage is 8,000 miles per year. The excess charge is 44 pence/mile on all three models of Eletre in the above examples.
